Ah, Listen Now…

I am the whisper the wild winds know,
Across green hills where the soft rains go.
The air calls my name in a Gaelic tune,
Beneath silver stars and the watchful moon.

The earth, she cradles my wandering feet,
With ancient roots and a heartbeat sweet.
“Come home, lad,” sighs every stone I pass,
Through heathered fields and emerald grass.

The water sings in river and sea,
A timeless song that remembers me.
I drink from her spirit, deep and clear,
And carry her wisdom year after year.

The wind is my brother, fierce and free,
The earth my mother, steadfast as can be.
The waters my kin, ever flowing and grand,
And the sky lays blessings upon the land.

So here I stand, by fate I’m bound,
To air, wind, earth, and waters around—
And faith, ’tis true, in my soul shall stay,
For we’re one and the same, till the end o’ the day.
